First online heart warmth meditation with Maria
Our first meditation took place on Sunday, March 31, 2024. There were ten participants including me. The energy was great! Thank you to everyone.

I registered the domains www.herzenswaerme.org and www.heartwarmth.org on 23 March 2024.
An idea is born
On March 21st, 2024, Silvio and I developed the idea of a heart warmth online meditation. We distributed 75 handmade invitations to strangers. On March 23, 2024, at 10 a.m. Silvio and lead the meditation via Google Meet.
