After helping at my sixteen-year-old niece’s party the night before, I woke up in time for the heartwarming mediation after only 5 hours of sleep.
Immediately after starting meditation, my heart chakra began to vibrate. This continued throughout the mediation. Mandy has an incredibly soft and loving voice – see for yourself. I really enjoyed it.
The end of the meditation was also interesting. Nobody wanted to speak and nobody wanted to leave the Zoom room.
